There are always risks with any skin related treatments, but complications are extremely rare. We have completed over 14,000 treatments and have less than 0.1% of complications. We work very closely with the medical community and have over seventy medical doctors that refer their patients to us due to our excellent safety and superior natural looking results. We are also very proud to have over fifty medical doctors (including leading dermatologists and plastic surgeons) that personally have chosen us for their own needs.

We use the highest quality pigments manufactured under strict control in the US and Europe.

We use multiple numbing agents to keep you comfortable. Most clients say that the first pass is a 2-3 on a scale of 10, and the second pass is even less. Of course, pain tolerance varies, and some clients are more sensitive

Independently of what treatment you have booked, we will assess your brows and recommend the most suitable treatment for your desired result when you arrive at your appointment. You can make a booking for any technique such as Microblading / Microblading and Shading / Powder Brows and add in the notes that you would like help to decide which treatment to choose on the day of the treatment.

Shading can be done in addition to microblading to add an illusion of more depth and density. This can be a good option for clients with uneven or little hair growth or clients that like a fuller looking brow. The shading pigment is diluted and small “pixel-like” dots are added in between the microbladed hairstrokes for a very soft and subtle density fill.

Treatment length varies depending on treatment and artist but generally takes about 1.5-2 hours for the first treatment, including numbing time. Touch up appointments typically take about 1-1.5 hours.

On the day of the treatment, we recommend that you avoid strong coffee, alcohol and anything that may lead to increased bleeding or sensitivity such as painkillers containing aspirin. Arrive with your skin in good and healthy condition and avoid any harsh treatments, sunburns etc. in the area to be treated.

Please avoid having Botox at least 2 weeks before any eyebrow treatment. You can get Botox anytime after the treatment, as long as it is not less than 2 weeks before a touch up.

Avoid any lip fillers at least 2 weeks prior and 2 weeks after any lip treatment.

If doing brows or eyes, you may tint the hair in the area a week prior. Please wait to tint the hair in the area treated until at least 3 weeks after a treatment.

The first 3-4 days the color can be intense. Around day four the color starts to look more natural again. The visible healing takes about 7-10 days. We offer a medical grade Red Light Healing Treatment that is FDA approved for healing and reduces the healing time to about half.

Keep the area clean and reasonably dry and apply healing ointment as directed. Don’t touch or pick at any dry pigment. You will receive aftercare instructions specific to your treatment.

For most treatments you may resume light workouts the day after the treatment AS LONG as you are very careful to keep the area clean, not touching it with dirty hands, and avoiding heavy sweating.

The touch up is optional but highly recommended. Most clients come back for an initial touch up in about 4-6 weeks. Some areas tend to fade a little more than others during healing. At the touch up we reinforce the work and it helps the results last longer.

Touch ups for eyes and lips are highly recommended. The eyes and the lips lighten up a lot in color after the initial session and we need to add more pigment in stages in these areas.

Micropigmentation and microblading gradually fades as your skin regenerate. In general, we recommend coming in for a touch up annually. However, everyone is different so some clients come more often, and others find that they can wait longer. In general, the microblading tends to fade quicker on oilier and younger skin with faster cell turnover and last longer on dry and mature skin.

The price of future touch up sessions depend on the time passed since your last regular treatment.
